Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to Fiber Network Engineering Co Inc. The requirement is for the purchase of one (1) custom EM650 replacement (P/N: FNE-HP-650- DIA-EMC-CHxx-PM_AV_805_1A), which includes the integration of Emcore 1782 laser diodes. This notice of intent is not a request for quote. A determination by the Government not to complete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.
