The due date and time for quotes (10:00AM Pacific, 02 August 2022) remains unchanged.** Naval Information Warfare Command (NIWC) Pacific's Intelligence and Security Systems Branch (H56C0) is responsible for the data collection and creation of an accurate geodatabase for Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC). In this capacity, NIWC Pacific requires the provision of field measurement through GPS of Hickam Air Force Base for purposes of building a geodatabase, to include the AutoCAD maps for NAVFAC. The scope of this purchase order is to provide AutoCAD mapping support for the Navy Region Hawaii (NRH) Utilities Department on Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam (JBPHH). The contractor will deliver a complete final report that will include all information captured from the field surveying. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement is an addendum to FAR provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors – Commercial Items, which applies to this acquisition. Competitive quotes are being requested under Request for Quote (RFQ) Number N66001-21-Q-6477. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this acquisition is 541370, Surveying and Mapping (except Geophysical) Services, and the small business size standard is $16.5 million. This procurement is a Total Small-Business Set-Aside. Only quotes submitted by Small Business Concerns will be accepted by the Government.
