Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to OneSource Distributors, LLC under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) due to only one source being reasonably available to meet the Government's needs. The requirement is for the procurement of: . One (1) AB 9324M-RLDT31 Studio 5000 Professional, . One (1) AB 9701-VWSB000AENE Factory Talk View SE, . One (1) AB 9701-VWSS000LENE Factory Talk View SE, and . One (1) AB 9701-VWSTENE Factory Talk View Studio. This is not a request for quotes. Any interested party that believes it is capable of meeting the requirement described herein may submit a capability statement. Capability statements received must be from authorized distributors for San Diego, CA and will be evaluated to determine technical merit. Responses must be submitted in writing via email no later than 4PM PST on 1 August 2021. Telephone responses will not be accepted. A determination by the Government not to compete the requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
