The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to University of California, Davis (CAGE:03FH8) of 232 E Java Drive Sunnyvale, CA 94089. This requirement is for the following: Item 0001: RTI Connext DDS Secure, Developer Subscription (25-99) P/N 899-20-85-00-03 MFG: RTI Qty: 30 Item 0002: Basic Support, user subscription P/N 869-20-00-00 MFG: RTI QTY: 2 The Government intends to negotiate solely with RTI under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), due to only one source being reasonably available to meet the Government's needs. FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, apply. The applicable NAICS Code is 511210, Software Publishers and the size standard is $41.5 Million. Please be advised that the aforementioned information is anticipatory in nature and is not binding.
