The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Golden Star Technology, Inc. Golden Star Technology, Inc. is the only capable source that can provide the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Orolia/Spectracom, products and similar parts/components will not meet Government requirements. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. The applicable NAICS Code is 334111 and the business size standard is 1,250 employees.
