Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to Epiq Solutions under the authority of Title 10 USC Section 2373, "Authority to Purchase Experimental Items". The requirement is for the procurement of two (2) Epiq Sidekiq X4 PCIe Blade software defined radios (part number ES024-110), and one (1) Sidekiq X4 Platform Development Kit (PDK) (part number ES024-101). This is not a request for quotes. Any interested party that believes it is capable of meeting the requirement described herein may submit a capability statement. Capability statements received will be evaluated to determine technical merit. Responses must be submitted in writing via email no later than 4PM PST on 11 June 2021. Telephone responses and request will not be accepted. A determination by the Government not to compete the requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions Procedures under FAR Part 13 apply. The applicable NAICS Code is 334220 and the size standard is 1,250 employees.
