This procurement is for RTI DDS Software License Subscription Renewal and Basic Support in support of the PMW 150 Command and Control Experimentation (C2X) project. The procurement is for Subscription Renewal and two Options. RTI is the sole developer and sole Navy distributor of the DDS software that is used by the U.S. Navy. It is currently fleet wide and the only software that can meet the current requirements to replicate across U.S. Navy ships and shore sites with certainty that provides a tested and proven capability.
