Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to Collins Aerospace. The requirement is to convert 6 Collins Aerospace SNC-2050 UHF controllers into HSM-2050 UHF modems. SNC-2050 SNR controllers are already approved and fully incorporated in the BFTN systems used by the fleet. The items to be purchased are as follows: ITEM 0001: Collins Aerospace SNC-2050 UHF controllers conversion to HSM-2050 UHF Modems S/N 5575, 5879, 5882, 6398, 5878, 5298 QTY: 6 EA; P/N: SNC-2050 This notice of intent is not a request for quote. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. Questions by phone or fax will not be considered. Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions Procedures under FAR Part 13 apply. The applicable NAICS Code is 541511 and the size standard is $30 Million.
