The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Valid8.com, DUNS 131861200, CAGE Code 48X01, of 599 North Ave, Wakefield, MA, 01880, USA. The requirement is for the Amari Callbox Classic. **ITEM 1** Description: Amari Callbox Classic MFG: Amarisoft P/N: Amari-callbox-classic The Government intends to negotiate solely with Valid8.com under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), Only one source capable of meeting the Government's requirement. FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial items, applies. The applicable NAICS Code is 334515 and the size standard is 750 employees. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a quote, may be considered by the Government.
