N66001-21-Q-6160 - Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source to STANFORD RESEARCH SYSTEMS INC. This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201. The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to STANFORD RESEARCH SYSTEMS INC. (DUNS 102106432, CAGE Code 67276) of 1290 Reamwood Ave Ste D Sunnyvale, CA, 94089-2279. The requirement is for Time Measuring Instruments. **ITEM 1** BENCHTOP RUBIDIUM FREQUENCY STANDARD (W/ OPT. 03) MFG: STANFORD RESEARCH SYSTEMS INC. P/N: FS725/3 QTY: 3. **ITEM 2** SINGLE RACK MOUNT KIT FOR FS725 MFG: STANFORD RESEARCH SYSTEMS INC. P/N: O725RMS QTY: 3. The Government intends to negotiate solely with STANFORD RESEARCH SYSTEMS INC. under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), Only one source capable of meeting the Government's requirement. FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial items, applies. The applicable NAICS Code is 334515 and the business size standard is 750 employees. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a quote which may be considered by the Government. Comments, questions or concerns regarding this notice may be submitted via e-mail ONLY to coleco.yates1@navy.mil by 23 February 2021, 12 PM Pacific Time (PT). All responses received before this date may be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
