The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to ORCA TECHNOLOGIES, LLC. (DUNS 825880946, CAGE Code 52JH0) of 934 Calle Negocio Ste B San Clemente, CA, 92673-6210. The requirement is for Time Measuring Instruments. **ITEM 1** TRESTLES GNSS (GPS) TIME & FREQUENCY SYSTEM MFG: ORCA TECHNOLOGIESRO, LLC. P/N: TRK-003 QTY: 6. **ITEM 2** TRESTLES UNIVERSAL CARD WITH FOUR (4) CONFIGUARABLE IRIG, PULSE OR FREQUECNY OUTPUTS MFG: ORCA TECHNOLOGIES, LLC. P/N: SHIPPING QTY: 1. The Government intends to negotiate solely with ORCA TECHNOLOGIES, LLC. under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), Only one source capable of meeting the Government's requirement. FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial items, applies. The applicable NAICS Code is 334220 and the business size standard is 1,250 employees. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a quote which may be considered by the Government. Comments, questions or concerns regarding this notice may be submitted via e-mail ONLY to coleco.yates1@navy.mil by 9 February 2021, 12 PM Pacific Time (PT). All responses received before this date may be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
