The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis (sole source intention to solicit, negotiate) with Argon ST, Inc. The requirement is for the purchase of the following: ITEM 0001 Custom RF Module Mid Band MFG: Argon/Boeing P/N: 110205-02 QTY: 1 EA ITEM 0002 Custom RF Module High Band MFG: Argon/Boeing P/N: 110206-02 QTY: 1 EA ITEM 0003 Custom IF/SW Module MFG: Argon/Boeing P/N: 110207-02 QTY: 1 EA ITEM 0004 BBB IO Board PCB MFG: Argon/Boeing P/N: 110243-01 QTY: 2 EA Argon will provide hardware parts that are to be used as spares for our Ships Signal Exploitation Equipment (SSEE) Increment F and Modification systems which supports PMW 120 SSEE Program of Record (POR). The proprietary nature of the existing hardware systems prevents the use of any companies or vendors other than Argon for the requirement. Based on the approved JNCP (Justification for Non-Competitive Procurement), which will be posted after award, there is only one responsible source and no other supplier will satisfy the agency requirement.
