The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with KVH Industries. The requirement is for the purchase of the following: ITEM DESCRIPTION QUANTITY 0001 RSNF 800 1 0002 STATIC IP ONE-TIME SET-UP FEE 1 0003 STATIC IP MONTHLY MAINTENACE FEE 1 0004 ACTIVATION FEE 1 The above supplies are for KVH antennas that are already installed on ships. These antennas only work off of KVH airtime contracts. The cost to install other antennas would exceed any cost savings garnered from a competitive re-compete for this support. These are reoccurring annual subscriptions. KVH system only works on KVH airtime contract, no other options available. Systems already in place and installed in KSA. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. The applicable NAICS Code is 517410 and the business size standard is 35 million dollars.
