Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to Portexa, LLC. under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) due to only one source being reasonably available to meet the Government's needs. The requirement is for the following items for which Portexa, LLC. is the sole authorized distributor: Item 0001 Description: Notepac-III-Pro MFG: Acme Portable Machines P/N: NOEPAC-III-PRO-V-16/128 QTY: 2 Item 0002 Description: Samsung T7 500GB 3.2 Gen 2 3D V-NAND3-Bit MLC External Solid State Hard Drive MFG: Samsung P/N: 500GB SSD QTY: 2 Item 0003 Description: Samsung 860 Evo Series 2.5" iTB SATA III V-NAND 3-Bit MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) MZ-76E1TOB/AM With Trays MFG: Samsung P/N: 1TB SSD QTY: 2 Item 0004 Description: Pelican Air 1670 With Pick N Pluck Foam MFG: Pelican Air P/N: Pelican Air 1670 QTY:2 This is not a request for proposals. Any interested party that believes it is capable of meeting the requirement described herein may submit a capability statement. All capability statements received will be evaluated to determine technical merit. Responses must be submitted in writing via email no later than 12 PM PST on 14 December 2020. Telephone responses and requests will not be accepted. A determination by the Government not to compete the requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions Procedures under FAR Part 13 apply. The applicable NAICS Code is 334111 and the size standard is 1,250 employees.
