(CAGE: 0FE73) of 4225 Executive Sq., Suite 800, La Jolla, California, 92037. This requirement is for Altium Inc.'s Designer Commercial On-Demand Software Renewals to design custom printed circuit boards and wiring assemblies in support of the Department of Defense (DoD). The Government intends to negotiate solely with Altium, Inc. under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), due to only one source being reasonably available to meet the Government's needs. FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, applies. The applicable NAICS Code is 511210 and the business size standard is $41.5M. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may be considered by the agency.
