The proposed contract action is for ICOP Workstation Upgrades, which the Naval Warfare Information Center Pacific(NIWC PAC SD) San Diego intends to solicit this requirement on a sole source basis to ProCustom Group A dba of Mid-Atlantic Computer Services, Inc Address: 13030 Alondra Blvd #101, Cerritos, CA 90703, under the authority of Far 13.106-1(b)(1). Justification: Under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)1; Sole source justification is based on ProCustom Group A dba of Mid-Atlantic Computer Services, Inc. Only one source exists with no known distributors of the required product and the ONLY company that can provide the ICOP Workstation Upgrades. This is a solicitation for Supplies, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, the Government will consider all proposals received within TWO (2) days after date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of the determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This announcement constitutes only solicitation, quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
