This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201. The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Honeywell International Inc., DUNS 039115548, CAGE Code 34168, of 12001 State Highway 55, Plymouth, MN, 55441, USA. The requirement is for a Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) pack. **ITEM 1** MFG: Honeywell International P/N: HLX6256XBR Description: Honeywell Class B Flight Units 36 Pin Flat Pack, 100Krad TID, LP 256K SRAM The Government intends to negotiate solely with Honeywell International under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), Only one source capable of meeting the Government's requirement. FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial items, applies. The applicable NAICS Code is 334413 and the size standard is 1,250 employees. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a quote, may be considered by the Government. Comments, questions or concerns regarding this notice may be submitted via e-mail ONLY to Javier.b.soria@navy.mil by 25 June 2021, 03:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST). All responses received by this date may be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
