These requirements are in support of, but not limited to, Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Department of Commerce public safety and emergency communications programs. Please see attached for solicitation and 6 attachments. *********************************************************************************** The Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific), Wireless Communications Branch (Code 55310) has continuing requirements for communications interoperability technical assistance, programmatic and strategic support, communications and outreach support, software lifecycle engineering/upgrades, and other Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) efforts . These requirements are in support of, but not limited to, Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Department of Commerce public safety and emergency communications programs. It is anticipated that the procurement will result in the award of multiple indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contracts (IDIQ) with cost-plus-fixed-fee (CPFF) and cost-only (no fee) pricing arrangements. The anticipated period of performance is a two-year base period and two, three-year option periods. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541330, Engineering Services with a Small Business Size Standard of $41.5 million. This requirement will be competed on a full and open basis. This is a follow-on requirement to multiple award contracts (MACs) N66001-15-D-0028 and N66001-15-D-0029. NIWC Pacific anticipates the final RFP will be released around 15 October 2020. The RFP will be released electronically via NAVWAR e- Commerce website. A draft Performance Work Statement for this procurement is attached.
