This procurement is for support services from Blue Canyon Technology covering their Satellite Attitude Control System. This support is required in order to ensure proper working of the attitude control system, failure of which could result in total mission failure. These services will verify proper functioning of the system prior tov launch and will ensure any necessary adjustments or repairs are conducted in a timely and secure manner. NIWC Pacific hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate and award a firm-fixed-price purchase order on a sole-source basis to Blue Canyon technologies. The requirement is for engineering support services. Only Blue Canyon Technologies possesses the requisite knowledge and Please be advised that the aforementioned information is anticipatory in nature and is not binding. This notice is not a request for quotes. however, any firm that believes they are capable of meeting this requirement is welcome to submit a capability statement in response to this posting. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this synopsis, and must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of supplies provided.
