Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) is seeking to acquire the following: SCOPE Refurbish existing electrical panel identified in the requirements. Remove government furnished overhead busway in building 609 and install in new location in building 605 lab 114I. Provide electrical upgrades as indicated below. REQUIREMENTS The contractor shall: 208/120V Work 1. Provide 225A, 240V, 3 pole, 22kAIC circuit breaker in Distribution Panel 1DLB (208/120V, 3ph, 4W). 2. Install Government Furnished overhead busway (225A, 280/120V). Coordinate location with end- users. 3. Provide 225A feeder circuit (4#4/0, #4 GND, 2-1/2"C) from 225A circuit breaker in Distribution Panel 1DLB to the overhead busway. 480/277V Work 4. Disconnect the (2) existing 30A, 480V, 3-phase branch circuits from Distribution Panel 1DH and remove the 30A 3 pole circuit breakers. Secure branch circuits for reconnection to new panel. 5. Remove abandoned Panel 1MD. 6. Provide a 225A, 480V, 3 pole circuit breaker in Distribution Panel 1DH. Circuit breaker kAIC rating shall meet or exceed the kAIC rating of distribution panel. 7. Provide 225A, 480/277V, 3-phase, 4W, panel in the location of Panel 1MD. Panel kAIC rating shall meet or exceed the kAIC rating of feeder breaker. Label Panel as 1HD. Provide the panel with main lugs, copper bussing, and the following bolt-on circuit breakers: a. (2) 30A, 3 pole b. (3) 50A, 3 pole 8. Provide 225A feeder circuit (4#4/0, #4 GND, 2-1/2"C) from the 225A circuit breaker in Distribution Panel 1DH to Panel 1HD. 9. Intercept the (2) 30A, 3-phase branch circuits identified in Work Item #4; extend to Panel 1HD. Connect circuits to 30A, 3-pole circuit breakers. 10. Provide (3) 50A, 480V, 3-phase receptacle circuits with CS8169 connectors from Panel 1HD. Coordinate receptacle location with end-users. Locate receptacle below the raised floor. SOW is attached. To be considered acceptable and eligible for award, quotes must provide the complete costs for materials and service that are needed to perform the requirements listed above.
