Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source Purchase Order to Raytheon This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201. The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific), hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Raytheon. The requirement is for the purchase of the following: 20 each TMAP assembly cards Raytheon part number G775736 The Government intends to negotiate solely with Raytheon under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), Only Capable Source. Please be advised that the aforementioned information is anticipatory in nature and is not binding. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. Comments, questions or concerns regarding this notice or required for solicitation may be submitted via e-mail ONLY to sarah.feliciano@navy.mil by 06 September 2020 at 1500 PST. All responses received before said date will be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responding vendors must be registered to the System for Award Management (SAM). Information can be found at https://www.sam.gov.
