The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Opal-RT Technologies (CAGE: L0271) of 1751 Richardson Street Montreal, QC H3K1G6 Canada. The requirement is for the training of the use of Opal-RT Technologies hardware and software products. Hardware and software will be used for modeling of various real-time power simulations.
