Evergreen Fire and Security will provide all parts and labor to install, program and test security systems into the new Building 94 (previously known as 92 Annex). Upon award, Evergreen will provide a project schedule to include material lead times, mobilization, installation, testing and closeout items. Evergreen will utilize Monitor Dynamics certified technicians. a) Panels will be installed (IE walls, overheads, doors and power for the panel) for all spaces required to be monitored. A walkthrough of the space may be required to go over panel placement to ensure there are no obstructions prior to installation; NIWC Pacific will provide answer to questions regarding room layout if necessary. b) Panels should be one (1) for the GENSER side and one (1) for the SCIF side of the new building. c) System needs to integrate with the alarm monitoring system for both sides (SAFENet). d) Contractor will work within the Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific 9-4- 5 work schedule
