NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE TO ARNOLD MAGNETICS CORPORATION RFQ-N6600120Q6792 DATE: 08/04/2020 The proposed contract action is for commercial items, which intends to solicit this requirement on a Sole source basis to Arnold Magnetics Corporation, 841 Avenida Acaso, Camarillo CA 93012-8726. Under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)1(i), the Sole source justification is based on Arnold Magnetics Corporation who is the ONLY authorized distributor/company for RM1X- 7102A modified Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) AC-DC Power Supply. The module is an integral part of the AN/WRR- 12C system and is an essential component installed inside the CV-4331/WRR Digital Data Converter (DDC)-6 QTY.Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within (2) days after date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
