The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific), hereby publicizes its intention to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order with on a sole source basis to DV United for support services necessary to for the operation, maintenance, and system updates of the Joint Operational Energy Command and Control (JOEC2) Testbed. DV United is the only service provider capable of providing the above referenced service, which is the only service capable of meeting program requirements. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. The applicable NAICS Code is 541990 and the business size standard is $16.5M.
