The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific), intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) only one responsible source. This procurement is for the repair of Versa Module Eurocard (VME) Power Supplies and Digital Signal Processors (DSP). This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.
