The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific, has a requirement for the purchase of five (5) 5G User Equipment (UE) Emulators that can be used to emulate 5G UE over-the-air for both standalone (SA) and non-standalone (NSA) mode testing. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside for Small Business concerns. Competitive quotes are being requested under Request for Quote (RFQ) Number N66001-20-Q-6737. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this acquisition is 334220, Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing and the small business size standard is 1,250 employees.
