The proposed contract action is for commercial items, which intends to solicit this requirement on a sole source basis to Resource Analysis Corporation, 701 Palomar Airport Road, STE 300, Carlsbad, California 92011. Under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), sole source justification is based on Resource Analysis Corporation who is the ONLY authorized distributor/company for Supportability Management Assessment Report Tool (S.M.A.R.T) Technical Support Services. CLIN:0001 Supportability Management Assessment Report Tool (S.M.A.R.T) Technical Support QTY 1 LOT. Extended Description: This requirement supports systems in the Submarine Electronic support measures project. Period of Performance: 21st August 2020-20th August 2021. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within (7) days after date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
