The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial Firm-Fixed- Price FAR 13 purchase order on a non-competitive basis with Evergreen Fire and Security. This is a follow-on order to competitive award N66001-18-P-0024. The requirement is for the purchase of the following service: Install 3 BMS devices at NIWC Pacific, Topside a) The installation of 2 new BMS devices at the South Exit doors in building 605. b) The installation of 1 new BMS device in building 605 room 114L. c) Install an ACS & IDS system in Building 605 Room 214. d) Install one new card reader on Room 214B, 2 new BMS devices in area 228A and one new BMS device in area 214E. All other existing devices will be integrated into the new security panels. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. A copy of the Request for Quote will be made available upon request. Interested offerors must be able to obtain a Top Secret Facility Clearance. The applicable NAICS Code is 561621 and the business size standard is $22,000,000.
