This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201. The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific), hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Teradyne. Teradyne Inc. Cage Code 23350 NAICS Code 334515 600 Riverpark Dr North Reading, MA, 01864-2634, UNITED STATES The requirement is for the purchase of the following: (2) Teradyne Spectrum 9100 Automatic Test Equipment (ATE), and (14) Test Fixtures The Government intends to negotiate solely with Teradyne under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), Only Capable Source. Please be advised that the aforementioned information is anticipatory in nature and is not binding. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. All responses received before said date will be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
