The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific), hereby publicizes its intention to solicit from only two quoters with the intent to negotiate and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order with one of them. The requirement is for the purchase of the following: ITEM 0001: MilPAC-1.2SDR, three-screen transportable workstations Manufacturer: ACME Portable Solutions QTY: 5 ACME Portable Solutions is the only manufacturer producing the above referenced system, which is the only system capable of meeting program requirements. ACME Portable Solutions has two authorized resellers. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. The applicable NAICS Code is 334411 and the business size standard is 1,250 (number of employees).
