The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Access Security Corp. of 1025 Thomas Drive in Warminster, PA. Anticipated Contract Line Items (CLINs) are as follows: • Base Period: Building 2A Security system upgrades and refresh services per the SOW • Base Period: Building 2B Security system upgrades and refresh services per the SOW • Base Period: Building 7D Security system upgrades and refresh services per the SOW • Base Period: Security System Maintenance Services per the SOW • Option 1: Security System Maintenance Services per the SOW • Option 2: Security System Maintenance Services per the SOW • Option 3: Security System Maintenance Services per the SOW • Option 4: Security System Maintenance Services per the SOW The Government intends to negotiate solely with Access Security Corp. under the authority of FAR 13.106- 1(b), Only Capable Source. FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, applies. The applicable NAICS Code is 561621 and the size standard is $22 Million. Please be advised that the aforementioned information is anticipatory in nature and is not binding. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a quote which may be considered by the agency. Comments, questions or concerns regarding this notice or required for solicitation shall be submitted via e-mail ONLY to Paige Miller at Paige.miller2@navy.mil by 23 July 2020. All responses received on or before said date may be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
