The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with CMT Materials (CAGE: 1S1F7) of 107 Frank Mossberg Dr., Attlebora, MA 02703. The requirement is for deep sea foam for a UUV battery tub. The foam will be used to displace the weight of the lithium-ion batteries. FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, applies. The applicable NAICS Code is 326140 and the business size standard is 1,000 employees.
