The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Lambda Labs (CAGE: 756R0) of 2565 3rd St Suite 244 San Francisco, CA 94107-3192. This requirement is for the purchase of 2 Lambda Hyperplane units, product details as follows: Lambda Hyperplane P/N DGX-1 - Processor: 2x Intel Xeon Platinum 8268 (24 Cores, 2.90 GHz) - GPUs: 8x Tesla V100 (32 GB) + NVLink - Memory: 768 GB - Operating System Drive: 3.84 TB NVMe - Extra Storage: 2x 3.84 TB NVMe - Network: 4x Mellanox MCX556A-ECAT ConnectX-5 VPI Adapter Card EDR IB and 100GbE Dual-Port QSFP28 PCIe3.0 x16 (each card supports at max upto 100GbE bandwidth - dual ports for redundancy) - Warranty & Support: Three years of hardware coverage, plus technical support from a Lambda engineer. - Augmented Tech Support: Installation, Configuration, and Validation of Servers Quantity: 2 The Government intends to negotiate solely with Lambda Labs under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), Only Capable Source.
