Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to Professional Systems Associates, Inc. (PSA Inc.). The requirement is for the purchase of United States Marine Corps (USMC) Request for Action (RFA) Workflow form with RFA Import and USMC Engineering Change Proposal (ECP). PSA Inc., owns the product CMPRO source and does not allow for other users to customize in the code structure.
