The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Strategic Robotic Systems Inc. (CAGE: 7RJS5) of 14842 NE 95th St. Redmond, WA 98052. The requirement is for the procurement of ROV batteries.
