The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific), hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Resource Analysis Corporation (RAC). The requirement is for the purchase of the following: ITEM 0001: Supportability Management Assessment Report Tool (SMART) Software/Content Program License Manufacturer: Resource Analysis Corporation QTY: 1 ITEM 0002: SMART Technical Performance Services Provider: Resource Analysis Corporation QTY: 1 RAC is the sole source for the custom developed and wholly owned Commercial-off-the-Shelf SMART software application and for the services performed in conjunction with SMART. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government.
