RFQ# N66001-20-Q-6392 The proposed contract action is for Software Maintenance, which the Naval Warfare Information Center Pacific(NIWC PAC SD) San Diego intends to solicit this requirement on a sole source basis to Sonalysts for One Base Year and Two Options Address:215 Parkway N Waterford, CT 06385-1209 under the authority of Far 13.106-1(b)(1). Justification: Under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)1;Sole source justification is based on Sonalysyts, Inc. is the only source capable to provide proper security and software patches to it's proprietary DWC and wXstation software for the Forecaster Toolkit capability in the METMF® NEXGEN AND the DWC and wXstation is currently accredited and vetted in DADMS and is Authorize to Operate(ATO) approved in NIWC Pacific San Diego Systems. This is a solicitation for Supplies, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, the Government will consider all proposals received within three (3) days after date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of the determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This announcement constitutes only solicitation, quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
