The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific), hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Portexa, LLC. The requirement is for the purchase of the following: ITEM 0001: NotePAC-III-PRO-V-IC16/128 Manufacturer: Portexa, LLC QTY: 3 Portexa is the only manufacturer producing the above referenced system, which is the only system capable of meeting program requirements. Portexa has no authorized resellers. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. The applicable NAICS Code is 334411 and the business size standard is 1,250 (number of employees).
