The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Non-Commercial Firm- Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Hood Tech Corp, Vision Inc. The requirement is for the purchase of the following: ITEM 0001: Air Scoops QTY: 19 ITEM 0002: AFT Slices QTY: 30 The above supplies are Government custom designed parts for an Aerial System. These items are only built by Hood Tech Corp, Vision Inc. with no current alternatives. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government.
