N66001-19-Q-7132 Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source to Dynalec Corporation The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific), hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Dynalec Corporation. The requirement is for the purchase of the following: ITEM 0001: TERM TELJKBOXTA 1002A/STC-2(V) P/N: 66400-250 Manufacturer: Dynalec Corporation QTY: 100 ITEM 0002: PANEL AND PCB ASSY P/N: 66400-076 Manufacturer: Dynalec Corporation QTY: 40 These products are the only products that meet the specifications of the Integrated Voice Communication Systems. Dynalec is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and does not have authorized distributors or resellers. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government.
