Please see attached updated BOM for highlighted changes. ******************************************************************************** The Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) hereby publishes this solicitation for the procurement of anticipated end of life components to replace the currently fielded hardware, including several configured servers, with the purpose of function of replicating the existing CANES baseline shipboard environment for in-house NIWC PAC troubleshooting, analysis, and certification. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement is N66001-19-Q-6569. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-01 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Publication Notice 20180928. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses can be accessed in full text at www.farsite.hill.af.mil or https://acquistion.gov/far/. This solicitation is a full and open competition. Proposals will be evaluated based on the lowest price technically acceptable. Description of requirements: The proposed action is for a brand-name specific, firm fixed price contract for Hewlett Packard Enterprise components, which will be used to replace end of life components for the currently fielded hardware. Far Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, will be used. A small business subcontracting plan will be required unless the offeror is a small business concern.
