Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to Harris Global Communications, Inc. The requirement is for the purchase of the following: Harris Global Communications Ultra High Frequency (UHF)/Very High Frequency (VHF) radios and associated equipment to fulfill requirements for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) system upgrades and refurbishments for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) Foreign Military Sales, FMS Case # SR-P-SB. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government.
