This is a Task Order (TO) to provide for design, fabrication, and integration engineering services, as well as test and evaluation (T&E) support for devices under test. In addition, capability improvements to the MTB ocean floor infrastructure and shore processing infrastructure will be designed and implemented on this effort. Other tasks will include providing engineering and technical services to design modifications to a deep water test bed located at San Clemente Island that will be integrated and tested with the prototype devices under test to support live integrated testing. This Task Order is intended to provide required services to support MTB Phase I Delivery and Execution and MTB Phase I Execution and MTB Phase II Delivery and Completion. These Phases are highly related as the interfaces, data formats, designs and systems implemented in Phase I will be re-purposed during Phase II for integration into a Phase II ITF Facility. It is expected that VOYAGER prototype Unmanned vehicle testing will take place within the MTB throughout both phases of the effort. It is also anticipated that in each phase, MTB interfaces with VOYAGER systems will be modified to enhance the ability of the systems to work cooperatively.
