The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Cox Cable. The requirement is for the purchase of the following: ITEM 3001: Cable TV Services, 15 additional outlets with boxes Based on the approved Justification for Non-Competitive Procurement (JNCP), there is only one responsible source and no other supplier will satisfy agency requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for quote. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions Procedures under FAR Part 13 apply. The applicable NAICS Code is 517311- Wired Telecommunications Carriers, and the size standard is 1,500 employees.
