The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization, (DITCO-PL8321), Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with NLign Analytics, 5050 Section Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45212 USA, for the procurement of NLign software support renewal. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to provide NLign software support renewal by submitting clear evidence that they are an authorized reseller, and their capability to provide/perform within 3 days of the posting of this notice.
