The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization, (DITCO-PL8321), Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Inventory Locator Service, LLC (ILS), 8001 Centerview Pkwy Ste 400, Cordova, Tennessee 38018 USA, for the procurement of ILS GEM Buyer Hub Access Subscription. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to provide ILS Buyer Hub Access Subscription by submitting clear evidence that they are an authorized reseller, and their capability to provide/perform within 3 days of the posting of this notice.
