The Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic intends to award a sole-source, firm fixed-price purchase order to SCATR in Cleveland, OH, for a specific STUN Edge Node License product and its associated support. The product is required for the Counter Intelligence/Human Intelligence Equipment Family of systems to evaluate and increase capabilities of existing fielded systems.
