NIWC Atlantic intends to issue a formal RFP for Software Defined Radio Solutions (SDRS) Integrated Product Team (IPT) Technical Support, with an estimated release around November/December 2026. This pre-solicitation notice is limited to SeaPort-NxG MAC holders, and no other offers will be considered. Draft documents are being posted for industry review, and proposals are not being accepted at this time. Eligible SeaPort-NxG MAC holders must register for PIEE accounts and obtain access to the controlled PWS by submitting signed NDAs through a single designated point of contact, with NDAs limited to 15 individuals per entity.
