NIWC Atlantic intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order noncompetitively to Invitrix, LLC dba Instant Technologies for renewal of Instant Technologies Team Sessions software support used on CENTRIXS networks. The Government plans to negotiate solely with Instant Technologies under FAR 13.101-1(b) Subpart 1.5 because no other company can provide compatible software for the existing systems. The applicable NAICS code is 541511 with a small business size standard. Although this is not a request for competitive quotes, responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation through the PIEE Solicitation Module for consideration in determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
